BendPak JP-6 Telescoping Jack Platform - 6,000-lbs. Capacity

The picture on the website shows a solid platform, but the description states that it is telescoping. A little misleading, but as long as it's still rated the same as a solid piece of steel, it should be just fine. We shall see.

I have owned the BendPak Four-Post Storage Lift for two years, and it's been amazing. It's super sturdy, lifts cars with ease, and has saved me so much garage space. The safety features give me total peace of mind, and it's super easy to use. Easily one of the best things I've bought for my garage!

I have had this lift since January 2023, and use it two to three times a week. It has worked flawlessly, and the safety features are fantastic. If you just want a lift, and don't care about quality, safety features, and dependability, then this is not the lift for you. I did my research and wanted to have a lift that met the highest standards for a four-post lift. You may be surprised that cost was one of the lowest requirements on my check list. This BendPak HD-9XW was not the least expensive, nor was it the most expensive. It was not cheap, but worth every penny spent. The quality of the construction was superior to all the lifts I researched. The ease of assembly was a little problematic because of the "Generality" of the instructions that came with the lift, but if you have a mechanical aptitude , and can read the directions, it's pretty easy to assemble the lift. It took me and a friend approximately 8 hours to unload, unpack, lay-out and assemble the lift and working properly. Safety was my number one concern. This lift is safer that the operator. You need two hands to lower the lift (also for safety), and in the event of a failure of the lift system, the mechanical safety will save you. Lastly, the customer service provided by the sales Rep., D. Soto was unbelievable. I was given all the information needed to make an informed decision, and I was kept abreast of the progress of building, shipping, and delivery of my lift. I even received a follow-up call to confirm satisfaction, and to see if there was anything else needed. The company is located in Santa Paula, California, and that means it's "Made in the U.S.A.". One suggestion: Buy the Aluminum Ramps, you'll be glad you did.

Unfortunately, it took longer for them to ship it then it should have, do to communication problems, they didn't recognize that I responded to their questions the same day and only when I called a week later to find out what was going on did they realize their mistake. Also, once I got it, one of the cables was obviously damaged. However, service was excellent as I got a replacement shipped to me with no problems. I was expecting some grip on the runways, but the tape they provide for that is insufficient in my opinion.
