Product arrived when expected. Works well. Not too difficult to assemble.
I AM VERY PLEASED WITH QUALITY OF THIS PRODUCT. HOWEVER I THINK THE COLUMN FOOT PRINTS SHOULD BE MUCH LARGER. WITH THAT BEING SAID, MOST CONSUMERS DO NOT KNOW THE ( PSI ) RATEING OF THEIR CONCRETE FLOOR, OR EVEN IF IT IS REINFORCED WITH REBAR. THE FOLLOWING IS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. . . . . I DRILLED A TEST HOLE TO SEE HOW THICK MY CONCRETE WAS, AND IT WAS 4 INCHS THICK. ( THAT IS THE MINUMIUM THICKNESS REQUIRED BY MAXJAX ). I INSTALLED THE ( WEJ-IT PD-58 )FLOOR ANCHORS THAT CAME WITH THE UNIT. EVERYTHING WENT FINE WITH THE INSTALLATION. I THEN PUT MY CAR ON THE LIFT, IT WEIGHS 4100 LBS. I THEN LIFTED THE CAR UP TO FULL HEIGHT AND WAS LOOKING UNDER IT WHEN I HEARD A LOUD CRACK, AND THE CAR DROPPED AN INCH ON ONE SIDE. I QUICKLEY LOWERED IT. I LOOKED AT FLOOR AND SAW THAT IT HAD CRACKED !. . . ANY WAY TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT , I HAD TO DIG UP AND POOR A NEW FLOOR PAD ( 4'X4'X12" ) …. . SO I BELEIVE THAT IF THE COLUMN FOOT PRINTS WERE CONSIDERABLY LARGER, MY FLOOR WOULD NOT HAVE CRACKED. A LARGER FOOT PRINT MAY COST A LITTLE MORE TO MAKE, BUT I'M SURE IT WOULD BE SAFER AND CHEAPER THAN POURING A NEW CONCRETE PAD.

Very good product, happy with its function, be sure to get yourself a grade 8 bolt and washer to pound in your anchors, the 4" sacrificial bolt bent immediately for me. I also had to cut the end of a bolt to tighten a hydraulic hose on the valve body , not a big deal. Lift works great after installation and price was right.
Great for my shop, easy to put away and feels good to not lay on my back.
Works great,easy to assemble, very strong and well built. Needs a little more protection during shipping, mine was really scratched up to the point safety decals are not readable. Very pleased.
Perfect !!! My Max Jax lift arrived and I just finished installing and adjusting it. I looked at other lifts but this was perfect for me and my garage. Thank you so much for such a quality lift.
I just ordered additional fasteners for other locations and the oil drain caddy.

Works great for our Race cars. . Especially the low clearance arms. We are adding on to the shop and will ordering another one plus a second anchor kit for outside pressure washing.
Just finished the install of the lift in the shop. From the very beginning the customer service has been very good. We had an issue that the power unit was not shipped with the lift. One phone call and that was resolved. It was immediately shipped overnight and did not slow the install. I decided to make a permanent install in my shop. this required me to purchase a longer hydraulic hose from a local shop ( $70 for 11 feet) for the feed side of the regulator but it is was worth it. we are lifting a john deere gator, mini cooper, 77 vette, and 2500 Ram pickup. The lift is accommodating to all of those vehicles in the shop. I would highly recommend this lift to anyone that has a limited ceiling height. It is not a toy but an extremely well made lift. The install was very straight forward and the instructions were clear and understandable. I would recommend you spend alot of time in the initial site layout to make sure exactly where you want it, and what it is you are going to be lifting. . . . . I am thrilled with this product!
