I purchased my lift in late October of 2020 and finished the install in late December of 2020. Now that the lift is installed, I am very happy with it. I have used the lift several times for maintenance that, in the past, I would have done on my back after 30 minutes of getting the vehicle jacked up and protected with jack stands. The lift fits perfectly in my garage and is in the bay my wife uses to park her vehicle, since that was our largest bay. This review would have been a 5 star had it not been for missing parts on delivery, poor/incomplete/inaccurate install instructions and a less that satisfactory experience with support during install. After I received my missing parts and completed my install, I emailed support with a summary of all my issues and experience with the install process. I was contacted by the director of customer relations the day after sending my email. We spent a quality 30 minutes going over my issues and experience on the phone. As a result of the call, I have been promised by BendPak that my comments would make it into the user manual to help future installers and that customer service issues would be addressed. BendPak also compensated my experience with some garage extras. I have received one of those extras and am waiting on the 2nd back ordered product to arrive. At the time of this review, the manual still has not been updated but it has only been a month since my call with the director of customer relations. I have no reason to believe BendPak will not come through on their promises and was impressed with the genuine concern over my experience. I am open to anyone contacting me at my email should they decide to tackle this install so I can help with lessons I learned during the process.
