Does not seem to a be quality made. Does not roll as smooth as similar jacks I own. I expected much better of a product due to the association with Bendpak.
I purchased the floor jack for the additional ground clearance on clients vehicles. I am
wholly satisfied with the quality, integrity and
the construction the floor jack and absolutely love the quick 3-4 pump lift point feature as it gets the task started in quick order.
When I received the jack, the box was saturated with oil and the jack had lost all of it's oil. I thought that it was probably just a shipping problem, but after I added oil, I discovered that a seal in the hydraulic cylinder was leaking. I contacted customer service, and they sent out a new jack free of charge. Appreciate the customer service! Thank you! The jack appears to be of good quality and design.
